Custom Screen-Printed Skeletons Vintage Skirt with Elastic Waist and Pockets

One of a Kind Screen-Printed Vintage Skirt with Elastic Waist and Pockets Custom made by a local designer in SLC, UT who went on Project Runway (not sure which season as I didn’t watch the show but she was a former colleague of mine at Pib’s Exchange) Elastic waistband measures 14.5inches across (sz 29) but has some stretch, hence the subsequent 15 inch measurement. This is a women’s Medium and could fit between Size 6-8 due to the elasticity of its band. Although since it’s vintage the elastic band has grown more slack over time. There are minor flaws from the screen-printing process (very faint gray-ish looking ink) and some pilling on the fabric as the skirt itself is vintage Y2K This statement piece is a gem!!
