inthisposherie @kwinkler33 hi Kris, measuring straight across pit to pit and hip to hip are both 18 inches with the corset laced all the way up so both sides are touching. There is a 5 inch wide piece of fabric (black) under the lacing if when you undo it to cover your back. That part does not have the leaves
