Custom Made Unique Red Asian Print Pleated Blouse Back Tie Peplum Puffy Sleeves

Very cool custom made tunic style blouse. Fabric is an iridescent burgundy red with a red Japanese floral print in feel of raw silk mixed with taffeta. Scoop neck. 3/4 length sleeves have an elastic band for added interest and flair giving them a puffy look. Wide pleats below waist to hem. Peplum with self ties in back. Great condition. I’m guessing this to be a medium to large. Total length-25” Sleeve length-16” Shoulder to shoulder-17” Bust seam to seam-24” Waist seam to seam-25” Hips seam to seam-27”
