Custom made two piece special occasion dress. Light blue skirt and top. Top is cropped, with open back and white mesh overlay with embroidered flowers and swirls. Skirt has a petticoat that snaps in. The petticoat is made with horsehair trim to help it stand out. The inside of the skirt also has horsehair trim to make it stand out. The skirt can be worn with or without the petticoat.
