kats_meow7 @kkuder Hi there. Yes there is definitely stretch to it as the sequins are sewed on a stretchy type of fabric. Example: Laying flat, I am measuring the waist to be 26" but can stretch out the fabric easily up to 32 inches. Of course though if it needed to be stretched significantly it would make it even shorter, no built in panties please take that into consideration. Performers who wore this best were between 5'1" to 5'5" . Length from top point to bottom point is about 27 inches laying flat.
