Custom Made Gothic Ladies Top Hat

I purchased this custom-made gothic top hat at my favorite store(Road Kill) in New Orleans. Worn once and stored in a hat box. Black felt with lace, print, black and white roses, and corset lace ups on each side. Will fit a medium to large head. No flaws or smells. Like new and from smoke-free home.
