Custom Made Floor Length Mermaid Tulle Skirt

I had those floor length mermaid inspired tutu made for my quince pictures. I wore the tutu once for the photoshoot and got it wet in the little pond. I dried it out completely and have never worn it again. It would be a shame to see such a beautiful skirt never be worn!
