Custom Made BOHO Toddler Bells

I had a lady custom make these. They are a 3/4T and adorable!!!! Worn once to try on and the I FORGOT I HAD THEM! 🙁 Tragic- I know! The are in excellent//brand new condition!!!!! Navy blue and white stripes and so much sass!!!!! They were based on a 4T pattern of another pair I had that had stretch. The fabric on these do not stretch. I have a pretty skinny 4 year old. So I would say to try at 3T and let them grow into if they don’t fit.
