Custom Distressed High Waisted Levi’s Denim Shorts

Originally bought these thrifting as pretty oversized mom jeans. They shrunk over time as I washed them so I don’t know the exact size (nor the original size — see 4th photo). Eventually decided to cut them into shorts and distress them myself. I did make them pretty short, but not uncomfortably so. I really love these but they no longer fit! I was around a 28 waist when they did fit me though.
