Beautiful Holiday tutu that was made by a local boutique. Tons and tons of volume and super flair when your child twirls! (See last picture of tutu from underneath). Sizing per the boutique is 7/8 but elastic waist is 9 inches I stretched up to 15 inches stretched so allows for multiple sizes. Smoke free, dog friendly
