Curve-enhacing TRUE vintage velvet gown

in love with this dress and I hate that I don't fit it anymore. cinched waist, built in (non-removable) shoulder pads, and a little worn on the bottom (see photos) important: size of dress says size 8, but I'm a size 5-ish and it won't completely zip up on me. I say this dress would best fit someone size 2-4.
