Inspired by a 1950s hoodlum jean. Wear low and just little bit relaxed and rolled at the hem. 94% cotton/5% polyurethane/1% spandex. Lightly worn skinny jeans by Current Elliot. I think these fit more like a 27, but CE does tend to run large.
