Brand new, never used in box, white, silver, and black curling iron with white plug in base. You just put the curling iron upright in the base, plug in, and turn the iron and base to on. I plugged it in just to see if it works and to take a photo. There was a straightener that came with it, but was damaged from FedEx. The curling iron and base are fine. I don’t use a curling iron anymore. I couldn’t find a UPC anywhere, but there is an item # 11945.
