kiracohen Is the waist stretchy?

helloellieblue @kiracohen There is elastic in the waist, but it only gives about an extra 2” when you pull it. I guess I’d call it somewhat stretchy. This skirt would probably do better on a thin frame. A curvier woman might have a hard time pulling it over her beautiful hips :)
