@leahjoy86 hey, it can be used for both. My intent was to wear it as a summer maxi. It def runs smaller than a 2xl. I couldn’t even get it on and over my chest and I’m about a 18-22 depending on material and cut. I’d think you’d be ok. Length you may need a hemming but since i didnt have it on all the way i can attest to how long
