moore1332 @cwelch61 Sorry just got home and saw your message. No, there is no stretch. And, there is actually no waist because of loose fit. I measured where my bust would be on the dress (about 3” below underarm seam) and it is 19-1/2”. I’m a 34B and it is a comfortable fit. A 36” bust might find the chest area a little snug. I wear a size 6-8, depending on the shape/ style if the garment.
