Cupid summer dress with embroidered sleeves

Very nice white dress with flower embroidery on each sleeve. NWT. There are 2 small pink spot on the back and neckline I noticed. It’s very hard to tell unless u know it’s there. It might come out in the wash. There is a picture of the spots
