QzThe fabric is 40% polyester, 29% viscose and 22% cotton, The lining is 100% polyester. So wash in cold and hang to dry. It's fully lined with a hidden zipper. The fabric has texture as if every one of the black dots were added with thread. The waist measurement is 14.5" laying flat, the length is 13" and the rise (on the short part of the garment) is 11".
