Portola style dress. New with Tags, off shoulder body-con dress in washable rayon polyester blend. Black and off-white stripes, above knee, unlined. Purchased through Revolve but never worn. Very sexy styling and comfortable, stretch fabric. I wear a size 2-4 in dresses and the small is comparable.
