Cupcake black & white striped skirt

This skirt was sold out at Target. Cupcake skirt size medium. The material is a stretchy and thick. Great quality! As you can see from one picture it can stand alone! New with tags! In the pictures I had it high waisted and not at my hips. So it can be longer if you wear it at your hips.
