Cultured Freshwater Pearl Ring W/Box

I wore this once. Received as a gift & it's just too pretty to be sitting in the drawer! Sterling Silver Cultured freshwater pearl ring with lab created white sapphires. Size=7(see pic with ring on sizer) I saved the tag with all the information that came with the ring. Nice shape only worn the one time! Ring comes from a smoke/pet free home.
