OhMyGosh....this skirt is so awesome! I wish I could still fit in it, but it's too snug. This skirt is so flowy and is a very comfortable cotton. It has a cotton liner as well. It's so extra! Size Small. Has a stretchy waist with a drawstring tie, so you can either make it smaller or bigger: very versatile.
