segnarts @cryssy1989 hi there, yes but very gently. See image for the bottom of the shoes for proof of extremely light wear (worn twice!)

segnarts @mmerolli hi there, they were a bit short for my feet so I actually think being a half size smaller would work well. I had to scrunch my toes to keep them on right. Hope this helps!
