Culotte dress by Dawn Joy Fashions

This dress has a removable red chest part so, it's two dresses in one. I put a red belt (which comes with) and then I removed the red scarf and belt, and put a black belt on (black belt doesn't come with). Two belt loops in the front and one in the back. There is a zipper that goes from the lower stomach to the belt and shoulder pads. The waste is 28". Unfortunately I couldn't capture the size on the label.
