Cuisinart Classic Cutlery Knife Block is still in the box

This is in great unused condition. Bought this for a guest house, and found another I like better. There is one small blemish in the wood at the bottom, see pic, like a nic out of the wood. I've attached photos of the bottom and top showing no usage stains. Those are just discolorations from the grain of the wood. The bottom has 4 rubber stoppers so you don't scratch your counters. This would make a great Christmas gift. Comes with a box, but it has been ripped a bit at the opening. see pic. This is for block only!
