Cufflinks & Stick Pin Set by Insignia Navy Blue Enamel, Gold Plate Globe & Arrow

This is a really neat set of cufflinks & a stick pin. They have an insignia symbol and are by a company called Insignia (signed on the back), but I have no idea what the symbol is for. The disks on both the cufflinks and the pin are about 5/8" wide. Everything is in perfect condition.
