mdreis1969 @japarsons23 Small measurements are 14&1/2” Waist; 7&1/2” rise. Inseam is 3” and the cuff is sewn. The material content is 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex, so these will be form fitting. Please let me know if I can help you any further! 💐Thank you!

mdreis1969 @japarsons23 The small is 14&1/2” lying flat, so we typically double that to get the waist measurement. Due to the lower rise, these may sit below your natural waistline. I will try on the size Med, since I wear a 29” waist. I’ll let you know where they sit on me. Sorry for the delay getting back with you. We are in the winter storm belt, & had no WiFi/tv for 2 days. Thanks. I’ll try on this morning!
