Cuddles Time British Soft Toy Bear

This adorable (teddy) bear is by one of the brands of the United Kingdom Import Corporation (UKIC) Ltd. in Manchester. Given to me in 2012 by a friend from Yorkshire. So cute, but I've had him in a closet ever since & I figured someone else might love him properly! He is brand new, with all tags still attached & measures about 10" in length (photo 8). My favorite part are his feet! He sits up & sports a brown ribbon/tie around his neck. I believe the white ribbon is gift ribbon.
