ajb30240 @bravo40 the fabric is 55% nylon, 45% cotton. Since they are new in package I am not going to take out of package to measure waistband but I can tell you according to package for size medium it says the dress size is 10-12 and hip size is 39-41. Hope this helps.

ajb30240 @janngilkey I’m not really sure, it is thermal underwear and holds in your body temperature nicely. Everybody’s tolerance to cold is different so that is a decision you will have to make. Sorry I can’t be more insightful or helpful.
