@jtisha4793 okay well, the customer service team will probably be in on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. They're normally in weekday mornings, but Monday is a holiday so idk about Monday.

@lacus I understand. Please accept my sincerest apology if you feel there was intentional tone in my message to blame you or a accuse. Not at all! I was typing quickly trying to keep message short and should have worded it a little different. I know you are like the transcriber on the shows and do a lot of the communication so I assumed you might know more and thought you were a part of their show. I’m just really upset that this is happening and frustrated but nothing directed towards you.
