HOW TO APPLY For longer-lasting wear and intense color payoff, prime lids with Eye Primer before loose Pigment eyeshadow application. Using a small, flat eye makeup brush, apply loose powder pigments to the lid and blend with a fluffy makeup brush. Wear the loose pigment shade alone or layered over each other for a custom makeup look. Can be applied with a dry eyeshadow or powder makeup brush.
