jlynlillis @mango7 hey hun i listed some picks of the shoulders..some semi-tied, some untied, it's multi woven strands that you tie over shoulder, or semi off shoulder; how ever you find comfortable. I hope this helps :-)

jlynlillis @pamelakrupp Hi there! Thanks for liking..sorry about the delayed response. But to answer your question, Its pretty much true to size..maybe a tad smaller. When I originally tried it on I was more of a medium...but I've since lost weight and wear a small now; I tried it on again just before originally listing it in my closet, just to make sure I accurately described it, and I found that it looked better on me now that I'm smaller. I just don't have anywhere to wear it! :-)
