thatsjai If she didn’t receive the item and this was a mistake on your end you could’ve spoke with the post office to have them rerouted to the right direction also I had to pay $20 just ship back a mistake when you weren’t even willing to overnight ship won’t be ordering again.

therafflecloset @thatsjai ma'am you opened a case and I agreed issue a refund when I receive the bag back. 2 of my children work at the post office so I have looked into all the options the package was addressed to her. she is away and agreed to send the sneakers back on Monday. I apologize for this mishap but there is nothing I can do to get the sneakers to you by Monday.

thatsjai I’ve had an address change at the post office before without having to even go there just by talking and asking there was so many ways this could’ve been solved all you would’ve had to do was issue her a refund due to wrong address and failed delivery and ask post office to change address of delivery
