Crying Anime Girl T-shirt

So I have no idea who she is and if you do and want to enlighten me in the comments feel free. I bought assuming my kids would know and I liked her face. She is one of the if she doesn’t sell as a T-shirt then I’ll used her in my side project shirts. This shirt likes lint. Looks brand new.
