Crowns of ❤️’s Skull and roses skirt

I have a crown of hearts skirt with skull and roses all over it. The print is beautiful and in perfect condition, very lightly worn. The size on skirt is L but it fits between a medium and large size. It has an elastic waist so it can fit many sizes. The front of the dress is short that ruffles long to the back. It is made of 100% polyester.
