Crown Trifari Pat 137542 'jelly belly' jeweled brooch with red, blue, white rhinestones and opalescent moonstone cabs. Signed Trifari with crown over the T. Pat 137542. Measures about 1 3/8" across. I don't polish or clean. Gold plating is excellent. Clasp captures pin and closes fine. All original. Enlarge all photos so you know exactly what you're getting.
