Crown Staffordshire England Springtime Chintz Salad Plate 8.25" Transferware A beautiful chintz transferware pattern adorns this lively plate with hand painted gold trim. Flowers and butterflies in a rainbow of colors provide a springtime feast for the eyes! This plate is in excellent vintage condition; no chips or cracks. There are no scratches or loss of pattern. There is some small loss of gold around the rim; see photos for details. On the underside of the plate is the Crown Staffordshire backstamp. The backstamp dates the plate from circa 1906 to 1930. Measures 8 1/4" across. A beautiful vintage plate to add a pop of springtime color!
