This listing is for a Crown & Ivy navy blue eyelet tank scoop neck tie back pull over. It has only been worn a few times and is very flowy. There is a tie for the back that ties jsut behind the neck. It is very cute, I've just gained a little bit of weight so its a little too small for me now.
