Hello!! Selling a Get Lean Crossrope set. This comes with a 1/4 lb rope and a 1/2 lb rope that you can interchange for a lighter or more intense workout. This is a size M which means the ropes are 8’ 6” long, and fits a person between 5’ 5.5” and 5’ 10”.
