Crossbody/Tote With Pouch Blue White Checks New

This feels like Textured Patent Leather that is shiny. I am not an expert on this. The pouch can be attached or detached. So can the crossbody strap. Which would then make it a tote. It is shiny and very cute. New and never used. It does not have the tags. It has one blemish on the very bottom and I took a closeup picture of it for you. Please look at all pictures closely.
