sandyla0 I signed up as a new Poshmark customer two days ago and received an offer for free shipping on my first order. When I sent you my question above, the free shipping was still valid. Unfortunately, now two days later after receiving your response, the free shipping offer is no longer valid for me. Can you either do better on the price of the purse or offer me free shipping?

sandyla0 I received an email from Poshmark Customer Service advising I should “accept” the order in the app or website so they can release the payment to you. Can you please advise where / how I can do this?

lucilleck @sandyla0 Hi there. Glad you like it. Go into "my purchases". When you click on this purchase there should be a way to accept order and do a rating.

sandyla0 I found the Accept Order button. Unfortunately, I couldn't find where to submit a Rating or Review. I sent Poshmark Customer Service an e-mail to inquiry about it. I'll continue to look until I hear back from them. TY again. :)
