Cropped scoop neck soft tee shirt

This shirt is so soft. Fits right to skin on me (I’m a medium), but could be fine for a small too. You can pull the shoulders down to wear it off the shoulder, or just have it be a big scoop!! So cute n sexy. Raw hem. Great for going out, perfect pair with skinny jeans or a skirt! Small stains in the underarms.
