This is kids sizing. My nephew has this and he is two. Do you have the measurements?

Yes ! It is kids sizing! I got it for a crop top but grew out of it quickly! My friend gave it to me because she didn't fit! The width is 13.5 inches and length is 17.5 inches!. Both directions have up to 5 inches of stretch ability!
