Cropped, peplum Blouse top

White floral cropped peplum top. The litte flowers are holes not polka dots so it’s very lightweight and breathable. But the top is not completely see through. Along the breast area there is a fabric covering and can always be used with layers! Very frilly style with the puff sleeve and little bow tie in the front. Never worn only tried on, no stains rips or tears :)
