Cropped mock turtle neck sweater

This is super cute for winter. Really warm with high waisted jeans or leggings or a skirt. I have the sleeves pushed up a bit so they are longer but can be worn like this too. I have washed and dried it as well as washed and hang dry. It's in great space and still really black. I haven't had it run either.
