Cropped blouse and maxi Skirt

Never used and good condition. It’s a large but it runs small on the waist. It’s more like a medium. Because I’m a medium and the top fits and the waist fits only high waist. The length is skirt is 41 inches for tall people or could be tailored. The waist is 26 inches all around. The hip is 48 inches all around. No brand bought on amazon.
