Cropped baby blue peplum top! (Never worn)

No stains, rips, or tears! This little piece is super cute. I live in a very cold region, so I never get to wear it unfortunately. It has a corset back, with dainty strings that dangle when tied up. It would be insanely cute with high waisted jeans and a Chelsea boot! It’s a medium, but it definitely fits more of a small.
