Cropped Frilly Black V Cut Top

Super cute frilly dressy top I bought from a boutique in my hometown. It is a size small but could fit a small or medium. I wouldn’t recommend this for my XS friends just because you will probably be pulling it up all night unless you have some really big Tatas/get it altered! There is a zipper on the side & i’ve worn this once but I’ve also washed it and the frills completely held their shape so no need to get it dry cleaned when washing
