Crop top w tie neck and tie back. Price FIRM!

Very sexy crop top. Has ties at both the neck and back for closure which makes it adjustable for sizes XS-L. This is a brand new item Purchased at a local boutique. Tag is marked large but I have the same one and I wear a xs-s. It really should be marked one size. This looks amazing w a long black cardi and high waist jeans. Heels of course 😉
