Crop Tie Front White Shrug size medium, new w/o tags. Shrug ties in front or can be worn open, bottom of top is scallop design. Purchased for a recent trip to Italy and did not wear. Sweater is a great staple piece for any closet and can be worn year round as it is light weight. Material is a knit sweater like material.
